Welcome one and all, to Forest Prowlers! Created for the entertainment and delightful enjoyment of all the Warrior fans out there. :) The forum is based off of the series by Erin Hunter, but with a few tweaks. Different Clan names and lifestyles, as well as a bit more complex system of a hierarchy that permits more people to have higher ranks. Read the information section for more info. ^_^
A bit slow going on our first couple of days, but we're gaining members all the same. :) To those of you who are new, welcome! I'm glad you're here and hope you enjoy role-playing with us. ^^
Now, as far as The Gathering this month is concerned, I'm afraid we may have to skip over it for lack of members. Maybe if we get several new people we could still pull it off, but that's not very likely. We may just have to wait until next month.
On other news, please remember to create your character biographies in the New Biographies board. When that character becomes accepted either Stonefledge or myself will move the thread to the appropriate Clan Board. It's important that I look over all new bios, and I can't really do that if people aren't posting where they're supposed to. Just a friendly reminder. ^_^

I think the forum is ready to open! :) If we get members quickly enough, we may be able to have the first Gathering this month! The full moon, according to the calendars, is supposed to arrive on May 20th, but looking at the phase now I think it's possible it could be sooner. In any case, welcome to the forum! ^_^ All positions are open, except for the StoneClan leadership position, which I have claimed in order to get the ball rolling. Be warned though about applying for a high rank in StoneClan! I Usually prefer to rp with the Clan for awhile before making a decision, just to get the "feel" of the Clan members.

Forks, Washington has always been a place where things have been simple. Recently with the influx of vampires, people have failed to notice those that have gone missing. The werewolves can't hurt the Cullen clan, they've not broken their contract, they've not hurt a soul. But it's open season on vampires. With everyone in a whirl-wind of vampiric chaos and death tolls in Forks rising, the Volturi still haven't shown their faces to stop the madness.

Following a trio in Italy, the Volturi are winded and tired. Their bodies go forever, but their minds, caused by blackness in their tracking and the inability to see the ones being tracked they're growing weary, ready to return home. That is when a sense comes. the smell of a creature closer. He's bleeding, wounded. He's what they're hunting. The fourth to the group, making it a trio that's on the loose, rather than four. His words lead them all to Forks, where the Volturi come armed, ready to kill.

They carry no scent. They are close. Two males, a single female, each varying in size, each meek and unwilling to become part of a group. What are they? What could be dangerous enough to distract the Volturi when they were clearly challenged by such scary numbers that have climbed in Forks?

Long ago, the four Clans lived in harmony, but as time trekked on, prey grew scarce. The lands were filled with natural disasters, and they affected the Clans greatly. So, with right intentions, the leaders moved, hoping to find a new place to live. However, over the years and years of searching for new land, hope seemed lost. Then, the moonlit beam was discovered nearby, and it fortold the Clans’ future. Unfortunately, many of them died along the way, and others simply gave up from the pressure of it all. Some leaders broke, but others stood strong. Over time, the remaining cats did find land, but unfortunately their time had ended. When the descendents of the four great Clans discovered the remains, they rebuilt a grand empire, one that conquered for many centuries at a time. In a small group of cats far away from the empire’s circle, cats stood in large numbers, completely unaware of the dangers that lied ahead. None of them even dared to find out.
But when the empire’s cats sought out the group, they killed many, and took others as prisoners. Two were left, Dancingsun and Onehorizon. They gathered cats from three other groups, forming a bond that could not be broken even by the most powerful empire cat. Because of their determination to find the ones they loved, they followed the empire cats through rain and snow, thunder and lightning, and after everything, they finally reached the empire. But to set the prisoners free, they had to pay a price. When they were at the brink of reaching the empire, the ruler of the empire sent out two of his cats to kill them. Onehorizon lashed out in bravery and revenge at the empire’s cats, but unfortunately, just as he was at the point of victory, became unsuspecting and was killed. Dancingsun was hurt, but it made the journey even more meaningful for him and the others.
Dancingsun went forth, and released the prisoners, sending the empire crashing down. In honor of his bravery, a leader of one of the groups named him “sunset.” From there, the four Clans were made. Dancingsun became Dancingstar, and the four Clans lived together for generations to come. It was long after this that true sides became an object of realization. Because all of the Clans were in a state of peace, they would all find time during the day to reflect upon their life. Everything was seen through their reflection, and it became something that the entire Clans performed as an act of healing. Watermirage was the she-warrior of EveningClan leader ____star. She was known for her beauty, but also, for her demise. Watermirage was heavily guarded by EveningClan warriors, mainly because of her past encounters that didn’t go as planned.
But she had come to learn in time, and became the mastermind of deceit. She crossed forbidden territory, bringing rogues into the Clans, planning small attacks and soon, hatred formed among the Clans. No Clan could trust another. Every Clan looked out for themselves. Fortunately for Watermirage, she was able to walk amongst Clan territory as she pleased, as long as she was never caught. Unfortunately for her, as she was finishing her negotiations, and crossing RisingClan territory, a tom by the name of Oceansink stopped her in her tracks. He was the leader of the patrol party, and sent the other three Clanmates back so he could take care of it. After all, he was first in line to becoming deputy. Oceansink accused her of being seen by the outlands, and also being out of the Clans when the fights were started. Oceansink was completely aware of her plan, and he reported it to the RisingClan leader immediately, and not long after, a gathering was started, and although no proof could be found that Watermirage had been secretly planning this, the leaders became suspicious of EveningClan’s intentions.
Meanwhile, the EveningClan leader, ________ made sure Watermirage couldn’t cause any more damage. Oceansink, however, still hadn’t gotten over Watermirage. He was captivated by her bravery – after all, he didn’t know many she-cats who had the courage to do something for the sake of their Clan. After a few moons, everything seemed at ease again, and so he didn’t put the blame all on Watermirage, and loosened up. Not long after, Watermirage and Oceansink started seeing each other, but Watermirage was careful in choosing where her loyalties lied. Sure, she loved Oceansink, but she wasn’t about to risk everything for him. It was just too risky. Oceansink went on many patrols, as usual, but Watermirage never appeared. Watermirage stayed away from him, in fear that she might be discovered and banned from EveningClan.
Oceansink was devastated. Watermirage was everything to him – she was his entire life. But he would have to accept the fact that she had moved on. As time wore on, Watermirage’s hurt grew, and it became more difficult to keep the burden of everything that she had done a secret. So Watermirage told one of the toms in the Clan, Sparrowcircle. Then, in turn, Sparrowcircle became lustful with power. He followed the same exact thing she had done, and soon, war began between the Clans. But that wasn’t all he wanted. Watermirage was considered the prettiest in the Clan, someone that he wanted. And when he wanted something, nothing stood in the way. Sparrowcircle declared Watermirage as his mate, and although all four Clans knew about it, somehow, Oceansink didn’t want to believe it.
He had loved her, actually loved her. How could she take that away? During battle between the two Clans, Oceansink was battling Watermirage, and his anger couldn’t be more prominent. But was that anger enough to actually kill her? Obviously it was. Oceansink didn’t give Watermirage time to explain, he just continued to fight her until she couldn’t give anymore. But as she lay there, bleeding endlessly, she somehow got out the words that had broken his heart. He then realized what he had done. However, the battle was over by then, and all he wanted was to be with her, no matter what she had done, he should’ve just listened. Now, it was too late for words. Watermirage was in the medicine cat’s den for weeks, and of course there was no way for Oceansink to know that she was going to be okay except for the gathering. After moons of anticipation, Watermirage’s recovery was declared. And although they struggled to keep their relationship strong in separate Clans, somehow Watermirage was welcomed in RisingClan openly. A few moons later, Watermirage birthed a one kit, and Oceansink said she “represented the north star, that never stops shining,” and so they named her Everpaw, because she seemed to hold the stars in her gaze.

Right now it is greenleaf, and the Clans are well-fed and happy. What they don't know is that there are two groups of evil cats around, all have a grudge against the Clans. One is called DuskClan, and it is led by a former WindClan apprentice, now called Tinystar. The other is led by a mysterious cat, and her group is, as of yet, unknown. They mock the Clans, believing that they will join with them or perish. They're stalking you, and there's no telling if you'll die. FireClan....... DuskClan....... Watch your back, they could come at any time, on any Clan. They want blood!.
.plot---> What if Tigerstar had pursauded Firestar and Tallstar to join TigerClan? What if Tigerstar had kept his promise with joint leaders and deputies? It has been several seasons since Tigerstar settled peace over the rival Clans. There are new leaders and deputies and skill is still passed through the Clan. But when three mysterious cats arrive at the Clan's territory, they panic. They imagine him as Scourge, the BloodClan leader whom Firestar killed to save Tigerstar. The three cats threaten to give up the ShadowClan part of their territory. But the four leaders believe three cats can't do much harm. But they did. The three cats attacked patrols as they strayed into ShadowClan territory. Caught and killed, former ShadowClan warriors panicked as TigerClan was being destroyed. The four leaders finally allowed the three strangers ShadowClan territory. The three cats patrolled their border and killed whomever got too close. TigerClan are threatened and weak, but a most surprising secret is revealed when young Icepaw, a warrior apprentice of former ShadowClan, spies on the strangers, finding a shocking secret that could prevent TigerClan from being destroyed forever....
